Trying to get the energy to get out of bed and go to the gym. Part of me wants to, the other part doesn’t want to leave my bed. I can’t make excuses on my first day at the gym, huh? 😂
I’ve been obsessive about the scale :( I know they say not to weigh yourself every day, but I do.
My first week I lost 6lbs and felt great. I’ve only lost like .2 this week. It frustrates me. I know weight loss is supposed to be slow and steady but I’m doing everything right. Or I guess I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Just frustrated.
